My 30+ years of hospitality experience spans multiple corporate hotel brands and independent hotels, in both managed and franchised environments.

For 18 years as a General Manager my career includes financial management of hotels with budgets up to $75M, coaching and developing teams of over 450 associates in both union and non union environments, as well as creating a culture of inclusion with a focus on personal growth and development with self care being top of mind.

After growing up in the industry, I have had the privilege of working across the country in resort settings, convention hotels, boutique hotels and dual branded properties. Hotel openings are my passion and I have successfully completed 10 openings in a number of different disciplines.

 

What sets me apart from other consultants is my ability to get teams excited, engaged & get things done. I am energetic and strive to have an impact on everything I do and those I work with.  I do not settle for status quo and always look at ways to drive outstanding results.  I am motivated by problem solving and enjoy strategically planning with your team to ensure you will reach your goals.
