My experience includes working with Corporate managed hotel brands like JW Marriott, Autograph Collection, and Westin, as well as franchised hotels with Radisson, Residence Inn by Marriott, Sheraton Suites, Westin and independent brands.
My clients include hospitality businesses looking to improve their results through project management, financial strategies, development of their leadership teams and alignment on goals.

I am very fortunate to have a diverse career beginning in Food and Beverage, moving to Guest Services, Revenue Management, Sales and Marketing, Project Management and General Management.
Volunteering in the tourism industry has been a commitment for years. I have held Board positions with Tourism Vancouver (now Destination Vancouver), the Hotel Association of Vancouver and Vancouver Hotel Destination Association. I have participated in Advisory Committees for the Metro Vancouver Tourism recovery Taskforce following the pandemic, Westin GM Advisory Board, Meetings & Events Recovery, Marriott's BC Business Council and Convention Development Fund Management Committee.

I am currently the Chair of the Board of Directors for WORTH (Women of Recreation, Tourism and Hospitality) and a mentor in their mentorship program.
